A plan that works
directly on the ground
PRELSI structures its intervention around four complementary lines of action. Each one addresses a real need in the sector and is implemented by a specialized team with a continuous presence throughout the campaign.
Four lines of action,
a comprehensive intervention
PRELSI is not a protocol on paper. It is a team of integration consultants who work daily in the field, in accommodations, and in the workplaces of the sector. Their approach combines active listening, direct intervention, and preventative training.
Direct support for workers
PRELSI's integration consultants maintain close and continuous contact with workers throughout the campaign, especially with those arriving from other countries who need support to adapt to a new environment.
Constructive resolution of sensitive situations
When conflicts or tense situations arise between workers, or between workers and companies, the PRELSI team intervenes as a neutral mediator to facilitate dialogue and seek solutions that respect the rights of all parties.
Information and training to anticipate problems
Prevention is PRELSI's first line of defense. Through training sessions, informational materials, and awareness visits, the team works to ensure that both workers and companies are aware of their rights and obligations.
A dignified work environment for all people
PRELSI actively works towards a workplace where all people are treated with dignity and equality, regardless of their origin, gender, or status. Equality is not just a principle: it is a concrete course of action with specific measures.
